Developing & delivering projects that centre Equity, Access, Diversity and Inclusion

Experienced at including and supporting marginalised, vulnerable or under-represented groups.

I am a passionate cultural practitioner with deep experience designing and delivering inclusive engagement programmes for museums, galleries, and theatres. Rooted in co-production methods, my work empowers communities—particularly young people—to shape creative experiences that reflect their voices.

With five years as Assistant Curator for Young People at Tate St Ives, I have honed my skills as a facilitator, Artist Educator, and Programme Manager. My background as a youth worker in both London and Cornwall gives me a grounded understanding of diverse community needs across urban and rural settings.

My practice is informed by robust training in LGBTQ+ inclusion (Intercom Trust), anti-racism, trauma-informed facilitation, and safeguarding, and I’m soon to expand this through work with equality, diversity, and inclusion consultant Lea Guzzo.

I bring cross-sector experience collaborating with local authorities, schools, and charities including Children in Need, Headstart Kernow, CareFree (care leavers), and support groups for those with eating disorders and learning differences. Whether developing youth leadership projects or co-creating with marginalised groups, I prioritise care, creativity, and cultural equity.
