Elizabeth is a Cultural Curator, Producer and Educator with over 12 years of experience.

A passionate and experienced Cultural Producer, Engagement Specialist, and Arts Access Worker with over 12 years of hands-on experience working with a diverse range of organisations, including NPOs, national galleries, SMEs, non-profits, and charities. I specialise in designing and managing programs that engage underrepresented, young, and typically excluded audiences, fostering inclusive cultural experiences. With a strong focus on community engagement, I work across the South West and remotely, bringing creativity and innovative solutions to every project I undertake.

As a skilled facilitator and mentor for Creative Access' Thrive Programme, I’m dedicated to supporting underrepresented creative professionals in reaching their full potential. My collaborative approach and commitment to empowering others have consistently helped deliver successful outcomes for both participants and organisations. I am now looking to apply my expertise and passion for cultural access to new, forward-thinking projects that challenge barriers and create lasting impact. Recently, she worked as a learning producer and facilitator for Hayle Heritage Centre and served as the Programme Coordinator for Contemporary Arts Membership Plymouth from 2023 to 2024.
